Paper Submission and Publications:
Contributions will be
reviewed by at least three reviewers from both program committee members and
external reviewers for originality, significance, clarity, soundness, relevance
and technical contents on basis of papers. The length of the Camera-Ready
papers (if accepted) will be limited to 8 (IEEE style) pages.
Electronically submit the original papers up to 6 pages
